Selling your home can be extremely stressful. I would like to reduce some of this by offering a variety of services.
Initial Consultation:
This is a free service where I will meet with you and discuss how Refind Home, LLC does business, my training and background, and how staging can help you sell your home. I will discuss pricing options with you and give you an opportunity to look over the ReFind Home portfolio.
Standard Consultation:
This is a paid consultation where myself or a ReFind Home Consultant will come to your home and do a walk-thru with you, discuss your expectations and take “before” photos. While walking through your home as a buyer would, we will go over our 8-step Plan, home staging process gathering those all-important “first impressions”. This plan is designed to help make your home into a potential buyer’s dream home. If time allows, a ReFind Home Consultant will visually give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home, and taking photos to use in your marketing efforts. We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain maximum value and a quicker sale.
“Top Ten” Priority Report:
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale.
Half Day/Full Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign:
A ReFind Home Consultant will spend a half-day in your home, working from the 8-step Action Plan to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your marketing efforts, and give you some suggestions of items you may want to purhase for your home staging that are within your budget. You won’t believe the difference a few hours or day can make!
Completed Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guides:
Add a completed 10-page, Action Plan to any of the above Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself. We’ll take an extra hour going through the home with you and filling out our Action Plan. We’ll also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.
New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed Action Plan):
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression! A ReFind Home Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. The Consultant will be working from a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session.
Shopping Service:
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room. We know where to go and at times even get “Designer Discounts” off of what we purchase for you.
Discounted Realtor Services:
ReFind Home has special discounted rates available for Realtors. This helps both Realtor and homeowner in that the Realtor can concentrate on what they do best – sell your home.
Additional services available based upon the homes needs and home sellers budget
