I’m Amy Lorentz, the owner of ReFind Home, LLC. I am a HSR Certified Home Staging Consultant, Professional Organizer and Realtor with Gerrard-Hoeschler.
My experience in home staging comes from helping clients organize and prepare their homes for sale and moves. This expertise includes assisting homeowners with simple changes such as paint and accesserary selection, furniture arrangement and home coordination of theme and color. I have also helped home owners create life changing transformations in how they keep their home and life organized. I have also enjoyed showcasing new real estate on the La Crosse Area Parade of Homes in recent years.
In staging I love to include and even strategically use as many of the homeowner’s existing possessions as possible in the process of transforming a house into a ReFind Home. I will find just the right accessories to achieve a neutral yet welcoming environment and make your home’s existing strengths more appealing to more buyers.
I understand that most homes on the market are occupied homes. As your home staging consultant, I will listen carefully to your own ideas, preferences and goals and will incorporate them into your budget.
